This notice describes the current public Rideshare Tax Pros website. A private client workspace or a separate service provider may have additional privacy information and terms, which should be reviewed before providing information there.

Information on this public site

The website explains services and client-access availability. It currently has no contact submission form, tax-document upload, account registration or payment checkout. Opening a service dialog does not submit your information or start a tax engagement.

Hosting and technical information

Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information needed to deliver, operate and secure it, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Vercel’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Notice.

Cookies and analytics

The site’s own code does not set cookies, use localStorage or sessionStorage, or load advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Hosting and security services may process requests independently of the site’s code.

Preparation planner and checklist

The planner uses non-sensitive service, year and platform choices. A checklist link can carry those preferences in its URL fragment, which your browser may retain in history; the fragment is not sent in the HTTP request. Checklist selections stay in the current tab and reset on reload. Printing or downloading creates a copy only when you request it. These tools do not submit a client inquiry or send tax documents to the firm.

Contact and external links

When phone, email and client-workspace links become available, using one may take you to a separate service or your email or telephone application. Information you choose to send there is handled through that channel. External websites, including IRS resources, have their own notices and practices.

Tax documents and sensitive information

Wait for verified instructions from your tax professional before sharing tax documents. This public website is not a document vault. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents or tax returns in general contact messages.
